Shipping Policy
Last updated: October 2026
Everything about how your order reaches you — what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.
In Short
- We ship across India. Prepaid orders only.
- Shipping is charged by destination pincode and parcel weight.
- Orders placed before 10 AM on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- You will see an estimated delivery date before you pay.
- All prices, including shipping, are inclusive of GST.
Where We Ship
We deliver to serviceable pincodes throughout India, including the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.
We do not ship outside India through this website. For international enquiries, please get in touch — we can often arrange despatch and will quote you directly.
A small number of pincodes are not serviced by our courier partners, or are restricted for certain goods. If yours is one of them, we will contact you within one working day and refund the order in full.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated from your delivery pincode and the weight of your parcel. Enter your pincode on the product or cart page and the exact charge appears before you pay. There are no charges added later.
We do not offer free shipping. We would rather charge the real cost of carriage than raise part prices to hide it.
How Shipping Is Calculated
Two things decide what you pay: how far the parcel travels, and how much space it takes up on the vehicle.
1. Distance from our warehouse
We dispatch from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Carriage cost rises with distance, so delivery pincodes are grouped into regions:
- Delhi NCR — our local region, the least expensive to reach
- Uttar Pradesh — within our home state
- Major metros — Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad, where courier networks run direct trunk routes
- Rest of India — everywhere else on the mainland
- Remote regions — the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep, where the final leg is longest and most expensive
Your pincode decides which region applies. You do not need to select anything — enter the pincode and the correct rate is applied automatically.
2. Chargeable weight
Couriers do not simply weigh a parcel. They charge on whichever is greater: its actual weight, or its volumetric weight — the space it occupies.
This matters a great deal with car parts. A vehicle has a fixed amount of room in it, and a large, light item fills that room just as effectively as a small, heavy one. A bumper weighs very little but occupies the space of several boxes of brake pads, so it is charged on the space it consumes rather than on the scales.
Volumetric weight is calculated using the standard surface freight formula:
(Length × Width × Height in centimetres) ÷ 5000 = volumetric weight in kg
Two worked examples
A set of brake pads — 2 kg on the scales, boxed at 20 × 15 × 10 cm.
- Volumetric weight: (20 × 15 × 10) ÷ 5000 = 0.6 kg
- Actual weight: 2 kg
- Charged on 2 kg, the higher of the two — a dense, compact part is billed on its real weight
A front bumper — 6 kg on the scales, boxed at 150 × 50 × 40 cm.
- Volumetric weight: (150 × 50 × 40) ÷ 5000 = 60 kg
- Actual weight: 6 kg
- Charged on 60 kg — the parcel is light, but it occupies the space of a 60 kg consignment
This is why a bumper costs considerably more to ship than its weight suggests. It is not a surcharge we add; it is how every courier in India prices surface freight, and it is exactly what we are billed.
Multiple items
Where several parts ship together, they are packed into as few parcels as practical and the calculation is applied to the combined consignment. Ordering two parts together is almost always cheaper than ordering them separately.
The exact figure for your order appears as soon as you enter your pincode, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Dispatch
We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 10 AM on a working day are handed to the courier the same day.
- Orders placed after 10 AM, or on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Orders are dispatched only once payment has cleared.
Delivery Estimates
The delivery date shown at checkout is calculated from your pincode. As a guide, counting from the date of dispatch:
| Region | Typical delivery |
|---|---|
| Delhi NCR | Within 2 days |
| Uttar Pradesh | Within 3 days |
| Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad | Within 5 days |
| Rest of India | Within 7 days |
| North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep | Within 11 days |
These are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is not within our control.
Delivery may take longer during festival periods, and in areas affected by weather, strikes or local restrictions. We will keep you informed if we learn of a delay affecting your order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check progress at any time on our Track Order page.
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to begin updating. A tracking number that shows no movement on the first day is normal.
Delivery Attempts and Incorrect Addresses
Our courier partners will normally attempt delivery up to three times. Please ensure the phone number on your order is reachable — most failed deliveries happen because the courier could not make contact.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery could not be completed after repeated attempts, the order is handled under our Return and Replacement Policy, which sets out what is refunded and any deductions that apply.
This is why it is worth checking your address and phone number carefully before paying. A parcel that travels to your city and back costs us both legs of carriage.
If you spot a mistake in your address, contact us immediately. We can usually correct it before dispatch, and sometimes afterwards.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
Please check your parcel on arrival. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening.
Report any transit damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Claims raised later are difficult for us to pursue with the courier.
For anything else — wrong part, fitment problems, change of mind — see our Returns Policy.
